Technical Specification :-

The College invites online tenders from reputed manufacturers/authorized suppliers for the supply, installation, commissioning, and on-site training of a Single-Beam FT-IR Spectrometer for UG/PG teaching and research purposes.

The FT-IR spectrometer should have a spectral range covering approximately 7800–375 cm⁻¹, with resolution up to 1 cm⁻¹ or better, high signal-to-noise ratio, stable optical bench, KBr beamsplitter, DLATGS detector, moisture-protected optical system, and PC-based licensed software with USB interface. The instrument must be suitable for solid, liquid, and polymer analysis and support routine academic and research applications.

The supply must essentially include a complete KBr Pellet Maker (Hydraulic Press) with stainless steel die set, pressure gauge, and all necessary accessories for solid sample preparation. Calibration standard (polystyrene film), software, manuals, power cables, and consumables must be included.

Successful bidder shall provide installation, commissioning, performance demonstration, and user training at the college laboratory. A minimum 5-year comprehensive AMC, assured after-sales service support, and availability of spares in India are mandatory.
