The Health and Family Welfare Department in coordination with the Higher Education Department, Government of West Bengal has decided to vaccinate all eligible students of all higher educational institutions with Covid-19 Vaccine.
The Vaccination cell is an initiative of this college to facilitate monitoring, coordination and management of various activities of this vaccination drive.

Health & Family Welfare Department Order

Keeping in view the uncertainties of the future due to COVID-19 pandemic and its impact, the vaccination cell of this college shall implement the following plans for the success of this vaccination drive.

1. To follow the advisories/guidelines/directions issued by the Health & Family Welfare Department & Higher Education Department, Govt. of West Bengal from time to time.
2. It should be mandatory for the teacher, staff & student to wear a mask & Carry Id Card.
3. All eligible students will be vaccinated (1st & 2nd Dose) & a google form link will be provided to the student for registration.
4. After registration, registered students will be informed of the date, time & place for vaccination.
5. Those having symptoms for fever, cough and difficulties in breathing shall not be allowed to enter the CVC.

Steps for Self Registration in the CoWIN portal

 (1) Please visit the website https://www.cowin.gov.in/home
 (2) Please click on the yellow icon ‘Register/ Sign in Yourself’
 (3) Please put your mobile number in the ‘Register or Sign In for Vaccination’
 (4) Please click on ‘Get OTP’ after putting your 10 digit mobile number
 (5) Please enter the OTP in the ‘OTP Verification’ which vaccines get as sms in their mobile number
 (6) After putting OTP a new page is opens ‘Account details’ where you have to click ‘Add Member’
 (7) A new screen is open ‘Register for Verification’ where vaccines will have to enter
  (i) ‘Photo Id proof like Aadhaar Card / Driving License / Pan Card / Passport/ Voter ID Card etc.’
  (ii) Please fill up the Aadhaar Number or any other Id number of the document that the vaccine mentioned previously.
  (iii) Please enter ‘Name’ as mentioned in the Id proof.
  (iv) Please click in the box of Male / Female / Others which ever is applicable.
  (v) Please enter ‘Year of Birth’ as mentioned in the Id proof.
  (vi) Please ‘Add’ your name in the CoWIN portal.
